Production / Industry Rentals

Industry Rentals include costume rentals for use in film, television, theatre, commercials and music videos. Wardrobe may be rented for these purposes on either a weekly (one week) or production (two to fifteen weeks) basis.

In-house accounts are available upon an approved credit application. Purchase Order numbers are required for all orders placed by a company with an in-house account. If the company renting does not have an in-house account, rentals may be paid for with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A deposit on a major credit card for three times the rental amount is required for all companies that do not have an in-house account.

Private Rentals - (By Appointment Only)

A private rental is any costume rental that is not for use in film, television, theatre, commercials or music videos. Private rentals are on a weekly basis, and the renter is responsible for the following charges:

Costume Rental:		$100.00 minimum
Labor:		$40.00 per hour, minimum of one hour
Cleaning Fee:		15% of rental charge

Private rental customers must be accompanied by a Western Costume employee at all times. Costume rental fees may be paid by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A deposit of three times the rental amount is required and must be placed on a major credit card.
