Western Costume's offices and 120,000 square foot warehouse are located in North Hollywood, adjacent to the Burbank Airport and just minutes from Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, Disney Studios and NBC.

Our facility offers a complete support system for the entire wardrobe team. Design offices, prep and wrap spaces, fitting room, dying and laundry areas are just the beginning. We offer the largest costume research library in the world, a world famous costume supply store, a fabric store stocked with vintage fabrics, and a purchasing department to help acquire hard to find items. Other services include workrooms of fine men's tailoring, haute couture and custom made shoes. These services, combined with our Men's and Women's Rental Departments make Western Costume a true Dream Factory.

Design Offices

Our spacious design offices are accessible at all times: 24/7. They are fully furnished, including private phone lines with voice mail. Each office has full access to fax machines and both black & white and color copiers.

Prep & Wrap Rooms

Our large prep and wrap spaces are located in close vicinity to the loading docks and the Shipping and Receiving Department in order to provide convenience and accessibility to busy wardrobe supervisors. Each area is separate and secure and equipped with wall-to-wall wardrobe racking and private telephone lines with voice mail.

Washing, Dyeing, & Aging Areas

The costuming process doesn't end simply by pulling wardrobe from a rack, or even when a custom fit is manufactured. That's why we make sure that costuming teams have ample space and the tools necessary to perform all facets of costuming, including washing, dyeing and aging.

With 7 washers and dryers, an electric heater-oven for dyes, and lots of wide-open spaces, wardrobe and fabrics can go from dirty to clean (or clean to dirty), new to old (or old to new), and pink to purple (or...well, you get the idea), quickly and efficiently.

Western Costume also offers -- in-house -- a dyeing service and our own custom dyer. Giovanna Gasca brings years of experience, as a true artisan of this craft, to help those without the time, manpower or knowledge dye their garments.
