Probably the most famous pair of shoes ever, Dorothy's Ruby Slippers from "The Wizard of Oz", were created at Western Costume's Custom Shoe Shop. We also make shoes in quantity. For example, Western Costume created all the shoes for the 1963 production of "Cleopatra."

The Shoe Shop is an extraordinary source of pride for us. Leather artisan Mauricio Osorio is a master craftsman and has handmade shoes for Anjelica Huston, Jack Nicholson and Johnny Depp. From Faye Dunaway, Cher and Annette Benning to Shaquille O'Neil, Western Costume's Shoe Shop has manufactured custom shoes for some of Hollywood's most infamous feet.

In addition to custom shoes, Mauricio is also a mastermind at placing the finishing touches - such diverse items as Superman's belt, the chest pieces for Captain Liberty and Bat Manuel in "The Tick."

In the year 2000, Western Costume opened the doors of the Custom Shoe Shop to the public, giving everyone access to custom made shoes by Mauricio.
